GESE2025 Program

A carefully curated experience, day by day

The GESE 2025 program has been designed to balance strategic depth with cultural immersion. Over the course of several days, participants will engage in high-level, facilitated discussions while also discovering the unique beauty, traditions, and gastronomy of Asturias. This is not just a summit—it’s an experience that unfolds gradually, encouraging meaningful connections and lasting insights in an exceptional setting.

Program Overview

Wednesday, October 29

Arrival & Coastal Welcome

Participants will be welcomed at Asturias Airport (OVD) and transferred by private vehicles arranged by the organization to the summit’s venue, the elegant Hotel Palacio de Luces, nestled between the mountains and the sea.

In the afternoon, we invite you to ease into the GESE experience with a gentle walk and gastronomic discovery in the nearby fishing village of Lastres—a picturesque coastal enclave where tradition, nature, and flavor converge to welcome the group.

Thursday, October 30

First Day of Strategic Sessions & Gala Dinner in Gijón

GESE’s working sessions will take place in the Hotel Palacio de Luces, which will be exclusively reserved for participants throughout the summit. This private and inspiring setting offers ideal conditions for strategic reflection, exchange, and collaboration.

Participants will engage in facilitated discussions on the most relevant challenges and opportunities in the future of digital entertainment.

In the evening, the group will travel to Gijón, a vibrant coastal city, for a refined gala dinner that blends local sophistication with the warmth of Asturian hospitality.

Friday, October 31

Second Day of Strategic Sessions & Traditional Closing Dinner

The summit continues with a second full day of strategic sessions at the hotel, providing space to deepen key discussions, align visions, and advance shared goals for the industry.

In the evening, participants will gather in a traditional Asturian llagar—a cider house rooted in the heart of local culture—for a festive closing dinner. This memorable night will celebrate not only the journey and connections made, but also the richness of Asturian heritage in a setting full of authenticity, music, and conviviality.
