GESE is designed as a continuous conversation that unfolds over four days and across different settings.

Focused, guided sessions create the space to explore the most important questions in depth. Smaller groups allow different perspectives to be heard, challenged and connected, while moments together bring those insights back into a wider conversation.

Beyond these structured sessions, the exchange continues more naturally through shared experiences, meals and informal time together.
