Wednesday, October 29
Arrival & Asturian Welcome
Participants will be welcomed at Asturias Airport (OVD) and transferred by private vehicles to the summit’s venue, the elegant Hotel Palacio de Luces, a five-star property set between the mountains and the Cantabrian Sea.
The evening begins with an exclusive gastronomic and cultural introduction to the region, offering a first taste of Asturias and a gentle start to the GESE experience.
Thursday, October 30
First Day of Strategic Sessions & Gala Dinner at Casona de Amandi
GESE’s first working sessions will be held in the private and inspiring atmosphere of Palacio de Luces, exclusively reserved for participants throughout the summit. These facilitated conversations will address the key challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the games and digital entertainment ecosystem.
In the afternoon, the group will enjoy a visit to the picturesque port of Lastres and the surrounding natural landscapes, before gathering for a special gala dinner at Casona de Amandi, prepared by renowned chef Nacho Manzano (three Michelin stars).
Friday, October 31
Second Day of Strategic Sessions & Closing Dinner in Gijón
The summit continues with a second day of working sessions, deepening the dialogues and collective reflections that define GESE’s unique approach.
In the evening, participants will transfer to Gijón, the cultural and social heart of the Asturian coast, for a guided visit and a celebratory closing dinner. This final gathering will highlight the city’s dynamic spirit while honoring the connections and insights forged during the summit.

Saturday, November 1
Exclusive Members’ Experience in Covadonga (Picos de Europa) and Ribadesella
On Saturday, members are invited to extend their stay for a unique journey through the soul of Asturias, where mountains and sea meet in perfect harmony, a land celebrated by chefs and storytellers alike for its authenticity and quiet power.
A guided excursion through the Picos de Europa, visiting the Sanctuary and Lakes of Covadonga, where the first Kingdom of Asturias was born. Set among soaring peaks and glacial waters, this landscape has inspired legends and remains one of the most awe-inspiring natural settings in Europe.
Lunch at Molín de Mingo, a hidden culinary refuge tucked away in the Asturian hills. Revered by chefs and locals, it embodies the art of simplicity, with wood-fired stews, freshly caught fish, and vegetables from the surrounding countryside served in a rustic, timeless atmosphere.
An afternoon stop in Ribadesella, a postcard-perfect coastal town where colorful houses frame the estuary and fishing boats rock beneath the cliffs. Its beauty, history, and prehistoric art make it one of the jewels of northern Spain.
Dinner at Güeyu Mar, a coastal temple of fire where Chef Abel Álvarez transforms the finest seafood of the Cantabrian coast into pure poetry over glowing embers. Celebrated by Anthony Bourdain as “one of the most unforgettable meals of my life,” Güeyu Mar distills the essence of Asturias, elemental, honest, and unforgettable.
An additional night of accommodation (Saturday, November 1), offered as a courtesy of our patrons, in appreciation of the long journeys undertaken by many of our members and as a gesture of the warm Asturian hospitality that defines this edition of GESE.
