Participation in the Games Executive Summit Europe 2025 is strictly by invitation. As in previous editions, the summit brings together a carefully selected group of 40 leaders from across the digital entertainment industry and adjacent creative sectors.
This selective process ensures strategic alignment within the group, the depth of the conversations, and the creation of lasting value through meaningful connections.
The summit will once again take place at the Hotel Palacio de Luces in Asturias, Spain, which will be exclusively reserved for GESE participants from October 29 to November 1, 2025.

2. What the Invitation Includes
Those invited to participate in GESE 2025 will enjoy a fully hosted experience that covers:
Three nights of accommodation at Hotel Palacio de Luces
All meals and curated gastronomic experiences, including the gala dinner and cultural closing evening
Local transfers within Asturias
Access to all working sessions, group discussions, and exclusive activities
This all-inclusive format allows participants to fully focus on the summit’s content, conversations, and connections, without logistical distractions.
3. Patrons & Selection Process
The independence and excellence of GESE are made possible through the generous support of its Patrons, who fund the production and hosting of the event.
In return, Patrons play a central role in curating the guest list. Alongside the summit director, they identify and invite the individuals they believe are best suited to contribute meaningfully to the conversations and broader goals of the initiative.
This collective, merit-based selection model is key to preserving the unique spirit and impact of GESE.
4. Sponsored Self-Funded Participation
In addition to the core group of invited participants, a limited number of sponsored slots are available each year for those who wish to support the summit while gaining access to its unique ecosystem.
These opportunities are intended for professionals, companies and organisations whose profiles align with the vision and values of GESE.
Each sponsored participation includes all the benefits of an invited participant, plus recognition as a contributing sponsor and tailored visibility opportunities, both before and during the event.
Participation in these sponsored slots is subject to prior validation by the Patrons, to ensure alignment with the spirit and ethos of the summit.
