Participation & Registration Models
Participation in the Games Executive Summit Europe is strictly by invitation and limited to a maximum of 40 participants. The 2025 edition will take place from October 29th to November 1st in Asturias, Spain, with the entire venue—Hotel Palacio de Luces—reserved exclusively for Summit activities and attendees.
To ensure the long-term sustainability and independence of the forum, we’ve introduced four distinct participation models for 2025:

Patrons
Philanthropic contributors actively involved in shaping the Summit
Patrons are individuals or organisations that make the Summit possible through a financial contribution. In return, they take part in the guest curation process and contribute to the long-term direction of the initiative. Patrons are recognised as key supporters in our communications and enjoy full access to the event as well as its preparatory phases.
Members
Returning participants committed to the long-term mission of the Summit
Members are individuals who have participated in past editions and wish to secure their ongoing involvement through an annual membership fee. This format guarantees their seat at each edition and reinforces the sense of continuity and shared vision that defines the GESE community.
Invited Participants
Selected by the lead patrons in collaboration with the organisers
A limited number of seats are offered to carefully selected participants whose profiles align with the strategic goals of the Summit. These invitations are extended by the lead patrons, in collaboration with the organising team, to individuals whose experience and perspective enrich the dialogue and balance of the group.
Corporate Sponsors
Organisations supporting the Summit with strategic interest and visibility goals
Companies with a strong alignment to the Summit’s agenda may become corporate sponsors. This format offers tailored visibility before, during, and after the event, while maintaining the non-commercial, high-trust environment that defines GESE.
