Participation in the 2026 Summit is subject to a €2,500 participation fee.
The fee covers accommodation at the Parador de Turismo de Carmona and the core Summit experience, including the programme, shared meals and curated activities throughout the gathering.
Travel to and from the Summit is not included.
Fees and payment.
The €2,500 participation fee is stated exclusive of any applicable taxes and payment or transfer charges.
Any taxes required by the participant’s country or billing circumstances, as well as bank transfer fees, PayPal charges or other costs associated with the selected payment method, must be covered by the participant.
Payment should therefore be arranged so that GESE receives the full participation fee, net of any such charges.

GESE deliberately keeps participation limited to protect the quality of the experience and the value of the conversations.
Expressions of interest do not automatically guarantee participation. Each new participant is considered in relation to the perspectives, experience and connections they can bring to the wider group. Full payment and invoicing details will be provided once participation has been confirmed.
