Participation in the Games Executive Summit Europe 2025 is strictly by invitation. As in previous editions, the summit brings together a carefully selected group of 40 leaders from across the digital entertainment industry and related creative sectors.
This selective process ensures the strategic relevance of the group, the depth of conversations, and the highest level of alignment and value among participants.
The summit will once again take place at the Hotel Palacio de Luces in Asturias, Spain, which will be reserved in its entirety for GESE attendees from October 29 to November 1, 2025.

2. Patrons & Invitation Process
The independence and excellence of GESE are made possible thanks to the generous contributions of its Patrons, who cover the event’s production and organizational costs.
In recognition of their support, Patrons play a central role in shaping the summit, including the curation of the guest list. Together with the summit director, they identify and invite the profiles they believe are best suited to contribute meaningfully to the conversations and to the broader goals of the initiative.
This collective and merit-based selection model helps preserve the unique spirit and impact of GESE.
3. Limited Places for Self-Funded Participation
In addition to the core group of invited participants, a limited number of places are available each year for individuals who have not been selected through the patron-led invitation process but still wish to attend the summit.
These places are intended for professionals whose profiles align with the vision and values of GESE, and who are willing to support the summit by covering their own participation costs.
The participation fee is €2,500 per person, and includes:
Three nights accommodation at Hotel Palacio de Luces
All meals and curated gastronomic experiences
Local transfers within Asturias
Access to all working sessions and exclusive group activities
Please note:
For participants who do not require accommodation, the participation fee is reduced to €1,500.
Participation in these self-funded places is subject to prior validation by the summit’s Patrons, who will ensure that all attendees align with the values and spirit of GESE.
