Registration
The Games Executive Summit Europe 2025 is an exclusive gathering designed for a carefully selected group of leaders from across the digital entertainment industry and related creative sectors.
As in previous editions, invitations will follow a curated protocol: priority will be given to those who have participated in past GESE events, while the remaining places will be allocated strictly by prior invitation. This ensures the strategic relevance of the group, the depth of conversations, and the highest level of value and alignment among participants.
A total of 40 places are available, corresponding to the number of rooms at the Hotel Palacio de Luces, which will be reserved in its entirety for GESE participants.
Participation Fee
The all-inclusive participation fee is €2,500 per person, covering:
- Private transfer from and to Asturias Airport (OVD)
- Three nights accommodation (October 29 to November 1, 2025)
- Full board: all meals and gastronomic experiences included
- Access to all work sessions and curated group activities
Special Early Arrival Experience – Reserved for the First 20 Registered Participants
As a token of appreciation for early commitment, the first 20 participants who complete their registration for GESE 2025 will be invited to enjoy a complimentary early arrival experience, offered in collaboration with one of our summit partners.
Taking place on Tuesday, October 28, this unique experience includes:
- An overnight stay at the Pueblo Astur Eco-Resort & Spa, a five-star retreat immersed in the natural beauty of northern Spain
- A hands-on Asturian cooking workshop, where participants will join local chefs for an intimate culinary experience, learning to prepare regional dishes using traditional techniques and ingredients
- A relaxed and flavorful welcome dinner featuring the creations prepared during the workshop—served in a warm, communal setting that encourages conversation and connection
- A gastronomic experience the following day at Casa Marcial, the flagship restaurant of three-Michelin-starred chef Nacho Manzano, widely regarded as one of the greatest ambassadors of Asturian cuisine
This invitation-only program is designed to offer a seamless and inspiring arrival before the summit begins—blending learning, flavor, and human connection in a breathtaking setting.

Optional Picos de Europa Experience – November 1st
Participants will have the opportunity to extend their stay with an optional cultural and gastronomic journey on Saturday, November 1st —a day that pays subtle tribute to the spirit of Anthony Bourdain, whose love for Asturias captured the essence of everything this land has to offer: authenticity, tradition, and flavor born from place.
This curated experience includes:
- A guided excursion into the Picos de Europa, with a visit to the legendary Cabrales Cheese Caves—followed by a tasting deep inside the mountain, where tradition and nature blend in silence and stone
- Lunch at Molín de Mingo, a countryside restaurant hidden in the Asturian hills, known for its devotion to seasonal ingredients and personally recommended by Bourdain as a place of simple, unforgettable brilliance
- Dinner at the internationally acclaimed Güeyu Mar, on the coastal edge of Asturias, where fire meets the finest seafood. Here, Bourdain celebrated one of the best grilled fish experiences of his career, elevating this small restaurant to global fame.
- An additional night of accommodation (Saturday, November 1st)
This final day invites participants to slow down, connect with the land, and experience a region that has inspired culinary explorers and storytellers from around the world.
The price for this optional experience is €1,000 per participant.
Reservations can be made during the registration process and will be subject to availability.
Accompanying Guests
Participants may bring one accompanying guest, with a supplement of €400 per person/day. This includes all participants benefits, under a shared accomodation arrangement.
Reservation Process
A first reservation window will be open exclusively for GESE members until May 31, 2025. After this date, if places remain available, they will be offered to other pre-selected professionals and relevant stakeholders from the industry.
To confirm participation, prepayment of the participation fee is required. Payment details will be provided by Essex78, the coordinating entity for GESE 2025. Reservations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once payment has been received.
In the unlikely event that the summit is cancelled, Essex78 guarantees a full refund of the participation fee paid by each attendee.
