Building on previous editions, the Summit serves as GESE’s annual closing forum, where insights, relationships, and collaborations developed throughout the year converge into a focused, high-level exchange.
GESE is not a conference, but a private forum for strategic dialogue among executives, creators, investors, and policymakers. Set in a city defined by culture, rhythm, and human connection, this edition fosters an environment where conversation flows naturally, trust is built through proximity, and ideas evolve through shared experience—reinforcing GESE’s role as a trusted space for shaping the future of the industry.

Participation
Participation in the GESE Plenary Summit is by invitation or acceptance, subject to availability and alignment with the Summit’s composition criteria. Applications may be considered when supported by recommendations from existing GESE members, ensuring participants are integrated through trusted relationships within the network. Designed as a highly curated forum, the Summit maintains a balanced representation of perspectives across the ecosystem while strictly limiting attendance to preserve the quality of exchange and foster a high-trust, closed-door environment.
Each participant is expected to:
Actively contribute to the discussions in a closed-door, off-the-record environment
Engage in the Summit’s facilitated conversation format, avoiding traditional conference dynamics
Share perspectives and insights that contribute to the collective understanding of the industry
Participation in the Summit is structured through a self-sustained and fully integrated model, ensuring the independence, continuity and long-term strategic integrity of GESE through the direct commitment of its participants.
GESE is designed as a shared environment, where the value extends beyond formal sessions into continuous interaction among participants.
For this reason, the standard and expected format is that participants stay within the same setting, reinforcing the depth, accessibility and quality of the exchange.

Participation Options
All participation options include:
Full access to the GESE Summit
Participation in all sessions and facilitated discussions
Access to the full group of participants
All collective moments, including opening, main dinner and closing
Transfers and local transportation
Accommodation at the official five-star Summit hotel, fully managed by GESE
Standard Participation · €3,500 total
Includes the full Summit experience with full hospitality through Saturday morning (November 7), covering the complete core program of the Summit
Premium Participation · €5,000 total
Includes everything in the Standard option plus:
One additional day and night of premium experience (until November 8), extending the Summit into a more immersive and informal setting
Preferred rooms at the official hotel, offering an upgraded accommodation experience
Alternative Participation (Exceptional Cases)
In specific situations, such as participants based locally or with pre-existing arrangements, it is possible to join the Summit without accommodation.
In these cases, participation is structured through a Summit access fee, ensuring contribution to the core cost of the event.
This option is limited and subject to approval, as the Summit is designed primarily as a shared residential experience.
Participation Threshold
GESE is designed to operate at its full potential only once a minimum of 40 curated participants is reached, ensuring the integrity, depth, and quality of the experience.
